Samuel J. Aronson of Arlington, Virginia, Has Won a Trip to the Seventh Annual OPERA NEWS Awards
Samuel J. Aronson of Arlington, Virginia has been named the winner of the Win a Trip to the OPERA NEWS Awards sweepstakes, which ran from August 15 through 11:59PM EST on December 31, 2011 and drew nearly 7,000 entries from the 48 contiguous United States, and the District of Columbia.
Mr. Aronson and a guest will be flown to New York, courtesy of American Airlines, to attend the OPERA NEWS Awards gala dinner on April 29 at the Plaza Hotel. Mr. Aronson will also receive hotel accommodations courtesy of Trump.
Hosted by Stephanie Blythe, the OPERA NEWS Awards will take place in the Grand Ballroom of The Plaza, New York. The OPERA NEWS Awards honorees on April 29 will be baritone Dmitri Hvorostovsky, baritone Peter Mattei, soprano Karita Mattila, director Peter Sellers and soprano Anja Silja.
